This course is intended for new or recent students who have basic concepts of Visio Professional or want to learn the essentials of this new version. This is a hands on course designed to maximise learning in a short time. This course teaches students essential concepts of technical drawing, as well as easy short-cuts and timesaving techniques.

The objective of the course is to provide a thorough understanding of the concepts and skills required by the participant to use Visio Professional effectively in the work environment. This course teaches students essentials concepts of the drag-and-drop approach for diagramming, how to operate Visio, how to connect shapes, utilising wizards, linking to other applications, creating room, flowchart and network diagrams. The student will learn the fundamentals of working with Visio Standard through the many practical course exercises.
