• You can upgrade your combo with a $145 fee and pay the difference in price from original combo to new combo.
• We do allow Student Loans at 9% interest with $800 deposit, paid mthly for 12 mths
• Early bird discount of 10% if you book before 15th of each month, does not include the current monthly promotion offered.
• 50% off on all individual courses on the 1st of every month, No refunds on this purchase. conditions apply
• Book & Pay combo packages, promotions & 50% offers are not refundable, but transferable or can resell. Individual priced course can be refunded if not commenced. If commenced it is treated as an opened product, no returns.
• Course date changes must be done 5 working days prior to the course date. If less than 5 days you are required to come to the class, or treated as NO SHOW. Alternatively you can pay a course transfer penalty fee of $145 and then you can sit that class again at a later time. If you change the course date before the 5 days, there is no charge.
• We need minimum of 4 students for a public technical class to proceed. If we have less, ICOM will or can give notice and move students to the next coming up class, or decide to run with less than 4 students.
• Full course cancellation if not started is 20% of total value. Combo packages, promotions and 50% offers are not refundable, due to the pricing structure.
• All combo packages are treated as one course, even though the combo has multiple courses, When started it is treated as one course name.. eg. Combo xyz….etc
