EXAM FEES/Prometric Testing FEES

For Test booking: Call 1300 368 785 Prometric Testing if you have not bought exams from ICOM.

If you have bought vouchers from ICOM, you need to email the Prometric Testing exam registration form, to icomsale@icom.com.au to request your exam & an email will be sent to your nominated email address of the confirmation. You can change the exam date, as long as it is 24 hours before the sitting date, otherwise less, can not change it, and will need to proceed, as the exam sitting will still be charged.

Please note that Exam vouchers from ICOM are valid for one year from date of issue. They cannot be refunded but can be transferred. This way you avoid any price rises on the exams, buy pre purchasing the exam vouchers beforehand.

Process of booking exams with pre purchased vouchers from ICOM Training ONLY.

All exams can be pre purchased and valid for 12 months, & not pay any price rises on exam fees during the year.

When you are ready to do an exam

1. Email to ICOM on icomsale@icom.com.au the Prometric Testing exam registration form.

2. Fill out all areas of the Prometric Registration exam form and email it back to icomsale@icom.com.au and that will be forwarded onto Prometric testing (Ph: 1300 368 785) to book you into the closest time and venue & location to what you have requested.

3. You will then receive an email back from Prometric testing with in 24 hours or sooner of your time of exam destination and date. Please keep to this time as now show for exams is still a payable fee, and use up a exam voucher with no refund. You can call Prometric testing and change the exam date as long as it is 24 hours before the sitting date.

4. Please email at least 3 working days prior to booking the exam, so that we can get the selected time and date that you wish. Less notice means less choices of times and dates.

Don't forget, spotters fee, for any referrals over
$2000, ICOM will pay or give for FREE one exam for each referral. Your referral must mention your name at the start of the call to qualify. After the call is made it is invalid… Very Important!!!
