for Further Study
Graduates
of the program may choose to complete additional modules to
fulfil the requirements of the Microsoft Certified Systems
Certifications, by adding SQL subjects, you will obtain MCSA
(Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) & MCDBA (Microsoft
Certified Database Administrator) accreditations. See your
consultant for more details how this can be done.
The
Diploma may also act as an alternative pathway for university
admission. Graduates will find it easier to continue studies
at university in cognate disciplines. See the university articulations
for credits towards a university degree. Speak to your consultant
for this information. You be surprised at the savings made
and the time taken to complete a university degree.
Under
Governmental policy requirements, all Registered Training
Organisations (RTOs) in Australia, including TAFE, must accept
and give graduates appropriate credits for the skills they
have had recognised in their qualification. Additionally,
advanced standing towards a university degree in Information
Technology / Computing may be granted by some Australian Universities.
