The Lloyds International College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) under the New South Wales Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Board (VETAB). It has been offering accredited courses in English Language, Business and Information Technology since 1999.

Lloyds has articulation arrangements and agreements with a number of major Australian universities. Links with professional bodies such as the Australian Computer Society (ACS) and the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) ensure strong ties with industry and the workforce.

Based in the heart of Sydney's Central Business district, the College is comprises the following schools: School of English, School of Business, School of Information Technology.

Lloyds is proud of the multicultural composition of both its staff and student body. Students hail from all continents of the world.
